The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the town and stunning views in all weather conditions. The cottage itself was well-equipped and had thoughtful touches, like a conservatory for storing outdoor gear and a clothes airer for drying damp items. The beds were comfortable and the cottage provided a cozy home away from home.
Felt like a comfortable home with no reason to complain.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the town. The view from the balcony was amazing, regardless of the weather. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, including tea, coffee, and even biscuits. The fold-out table was a clever use of space, and the conservatory provided a useful area for storage. The beds were comfortable, and the cottage was of a decent size for my group. I had an enjoyable week and would highly recommend this place.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slight smell of damp in the bedrooms, it was easily mitigated by opening the window and using air fresheners. The TV initially had some issues, but it was quickly resolved by the maintenance team.

We had a little trouble finding it - due to a storm disrupting our journey, we arrived in the dark, in a hail storm. the location turned out to be really convenient, with fine views over the town and fells. The convenience of being just a few minutes' walk from the town center was a bonus. The balcony and sun room were perfect for enjoying the views, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The thoughtful touch of tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits was much appreciated. Despite the minor drawbacks of a damp smell in the bedrooms, the air fresheners helped, and the heating system worked fine once we pressed the extra hour button. The wobbly wok on the gas hob was a minor inconvenience, but everything else in the accommodation was well-equipped and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The parking situation was a bit tight, but we managed to park in the public car park down the road without any issues. I would highly recommend this place for its excellent location, fine views, and cozy atmosphere.

I enjoyed staying at this apartment with its cozy seating area. The free WiFi was a bonus for all those Instagram-worthy moments I shared. It made me feel connected to the world, even when I was hiding away from it.
Oh, and let's not forget the wonderful surprise of weak water pressure in the shower. It was like receiving my daily dose of H2O under a gentle drizzle - so relaxing, not at all frustrating.

Super views from the lounge and kitchen, absolutely mind-blowing! A treat to stay here. Just a short walk to the main street shops, but very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The location was super convenient for the town. The view was jaw-dropping whatever the weather. Due to the weather, we only got to sit out on the balcony once but I am guessing it is really nice in good weather. The apartment was ideally situated to be able to walk into the city. There was everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. It's a place where you can truly unwind and relax. Wi-fi was available and there was an off-site car park for our convenience. The area is perfect for cycling enthusiasts, and it's fantastic that no pets are allowed and there is no smoking on-site. Trust me, you won't be disappointed when you choose to stay here!

The views from this hotel were absolutely stunning, with a balcony and sun room that offered a perfect vantage point to admire the beautiful scenery. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was a nice surprise to find tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits provided. The little extra touches like tea towels and washing up liquid were also appreciated.
One major downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel's location. Due to a storm, our journey was disrupted and we arrived in the dark, making it even more challenging.

We had a fantastic stay at Todd Crag View in Ambleside! The cottage was conveniently located in the heart of town, yet it was set up high above the main street, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The steep climb up steps was well worth the effort, as it provided a quick shortcut. The cottage was spacious enough for our group of two adults, one teenager, and one child. The conservatory was a useful space for storing our outdoor gear, and the clothes airer came in handy for drying damp items. The bedrooms were a bit small, but the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was fine, and even though the weather didn't allow for much outdoor sitting, we can imagine it would be even better in good weather. the location was very convenient, the views were superb, and the cottage.
Hard to think of anything.
